Tummy Tuck Patient 79
Description:
This patient lost over 90 lbs after having a stomach stapling procedure. She ended up with quite a bit of excess skin that did not effectively retract after her weight loss. She started her body contouring transition with a breast lift and arm lift. 2 months later, she had her fleur de lis abdominoplasty. She is seen here almost 2 years after her tummy tuck. She had an unusual abdominal scar from her stomach surgery which necessitated a creative way of removing her excess skin. The usual vertical fleur de lis scar is therefore diagonal for her. It actually healed quite well and left her with a very attractive belly button.
