This young patient had a mild form of tubular breast deformity in which the base of the breast skin was constricted and the areolae were “puffy”. She had a successfully augmentation using slightly different sized implants to help correct her volume discrepancy. This type a surgery required just a little more manipulation of the internal breast tissue to achieve a great result.
