Description:
This patient had a prominent ear on the left side which also had mild characteristics of a “lop ear”. He had the prominent ear treated at the age of 5, the most common time to fix this condition. The ear was moved inward and closer to the head and the cartilages were reshaped to create an anti helical rim.
