Breast Revision Patient 06
Description:
This patient had breast augmentation 9 years ago followed by a breast lift 5 years later. Her implants were overfilled saline implants that were placed in a subpectoral position but had descended so low on the chest wall that they were no longer covered by any muscle. The breast lift done previously was a “donut” mastopexy which had resulted in an undercorrected skin envelope and widened areolae. She is seen here 3 months after exchange of her implants to silicone gels with an internal pocket revision to adjust the position of the implants and a vertical breast lift.
